Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Drykun Store Management System ("Service") operated by Drykun. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Account Terms and Access
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and passwords, including all staff and rider accounts created under your administration.
- You may only use the Service for your specific commercial activities, primarily laundry and dry-cleaning store management.
2. Subscription, Payments, and Cancellations
- The Service is billed on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly) as per the chosen plan (Basic, Growth, Enterprise).
- All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- **Non-payment:** If payment fails, your account will be downgraded (e.g., to Basic) or suspended until payment is received.
3. Data Ownership and Responsibility
Your Data, Your Control
You retain all ownership rights to the **Customer Data** (customer details, orders, financials) that you store using the Service. Drykun will never use your Customer Data for its own marketing or profiling purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
- **Data Backup:** We utilize the Firebase platform for storage, which handles data replication and redundancy. However, we do not provide separate data backup services. It is your responsibility to maintain copies of essential data.
- **Geo-Location:** By using the Service, you consent to the storage and operational use of your store's and customers' geographical location (GeoPoint) for delivery, scheduling, and service efficiency.
4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
- **Prohibited Use:** You must not use the Service for any unlawful activities, spamming, or harassment of your customers or staff.
- **Security:** You must not attempt to modify, hack, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service, its underlying code, or its associated Firebase/Google infrastructure.
- **System Data:** You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript files, or visual design elements of the Service without express written permission from Drykun.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The Service relies on third-party services, including **Firebase (Google Cloud)**, for core functionality (Database, Auth, Hosting, Storage). We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times due to factors outside our direct control.
Drykun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; or (b) any unauthorized access to or use of your account data.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
